[ES] La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la síntesis enzimática de ésteres de alquilo de ácidos grasos de cadena larga en presencia de un alcohol y de una preparación enzimática que comprende una esterol esterasa/lipasa inmovilizada covalentemente sobre partículas magnéticas funcionalizadas en su superficie. La inmovilización de la lipasa versátil mediante el procedimiento descrito es capaz de incrementar el rendimiento del proceso de síntesis de ésteres de alquilo, así como de permitir una recuperación del catalizador para futuras reacciones, sencilla y eficiente, sin que la actividad y velocidad de la esterol esterasa/lipasa se vea disminuida notablemente a lo largo de al menos 10 ciclos de reacción consecutivos.
[FR] La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de synthèse enzymatique d'esters d'alkyle d'acides gras à chaîne longue en présence d'un alcool et d'une préparation enzymatique qui comprend un stérol estérase/lipase immobilisé de manière covalente sur des particules magnétiques fonctionnalisées sur la surface. L'immobilisation de la lipase transformable au moyen du procédé de l'invention peut augmenter le rendement du processus de synthèse d'esters d'alkyle, et peut également permettre une récupération, simple et efficace, du catalyseur pour des réactions ultérieures, sans que l'activité et la vitesse de la stérol estérase/lipase se trouvent réduites notablement sur au moins 10 cycles de réaction consécutifs.
[EN] The present invention relates to a method for the enzymatic synthesis of long-chain fatty acid alkyl esters in the presence of an alcohol and of an enzymatic preparation comprising a sterol esterase/lipase immobilised covalently on surface-functionalised magnetic particles. The immobilisation of the versatile lipase using the method described can increase the yield of the alkyl ester synthesis process, as well as allowing the catalyst to be recovered for future reactions in a simple and efficient manner, without the activity and speed of the sterol esterase/lipase being reduced significantly during at least 10 consecutive reaction cycles.
