Química de la Rubiáceas. II. Componentes de la "Putoria calábrica" Perss.

Abstract

The naphthalenic products lapachenole (I), 5-carbomethoxy-norlapachenole (II), dehydrotectol (V), 3,4,-dihydro-4-oxo-dehydrotectol (IX), 8- or 9-hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-4-oxo-dehydrotectol (X) and tactol (VI) were isoalted from Putoria calabrica Perss. The anthraquinone (XII), rubiadin (XIV), $-ethylether-damnacanthol (XVIII), 2-ethoxymethyl-3,5,6,-trihydroxy-1-methoxy-anthraquinone (XX) and 3,5,6,-trihydroxy-2-methyl-1-methoxy-anthraquinone (XXIV) were also found. The substances phytol, alcohol ferulate in C-20,B-sitosterol, oleanolic acid acetate, oleanolic and betulinic acids were also obtained.
