Abstract

En esta presentación se pretende recoger una visión global del sector ovino de leche en una concepción integral, tomando como modelo las estructuras existentes en la región de Castilla y León (España), por su importancia en la producción de leche de oveja (66% del total de la leche de oveja producida en España) y por disponibilidad de información, al ser la zona de actuación de nuestro grupo de trabajo...
