Abstract

En la actualidad no se conocen la o las causas por las quepacientes que han sido sometidos a un trasplante de progenitores he-matopoyéticos alogénico (alo-TPH) presentan diferentes perfiles de res-puesta inmunológica que condicionan la susceptibilidad de sufririnfecciones víricas por Citomegalovirus (CMV), Virus Epstein-Barr(VEB) o Adenovirus (AdV). El objetivo del estudio es determinar la aso-ciación entre los patrones de recuperación de LT CD4+ y CD8+ fun-cionales específicos de virus que se observan en pacientes sometidos aalo-TPH y la infección por estos virus.
