Abstract

En la primera parte de este trabajo se pasa revista al concepto de coeficiente de partición y se analiza la influencia de la temperatura, de la presión y de la composición sobre el mismo. A continuación se revisan los modelos más sencillos que describen el comportamiento de los elementos traza durante los procesos de fusión parcial, cristalización fraccionada y mezcla. Finalmente. se discuten varios de los métodos que permiten reconocer el proceso responsable de la variación de los elementos traza en una serie de rocas comagmáticas
