La casa urbana hispano-romana como espacio comercial. El caso lusitano

Abstract

[EN]: Evidence on economic activities associated with domus in Lusitania province is traced. To this end, the urban centers of this territorial demarcation have been analyzed, and special emphasis has been placed on those known as tabernae and officinae. In addition to a theoretical reflection on these spaces and the establishment of a catalogue of then, it has deepened in their characterization and the possible conformation of a Lusitanian model. We have also tried to track the specific function of these places. This subject of study has practically not been analyzed in a monographic paper, so this work is a first approach of what we want to become a future compendium of all Hispania.
