Abstract

Producto alimenticio que comprende una fracción láctea fermentada que supone entre el 80% y el 90% en peso del producto final y una segunda fracción que consiste en una mermelada de vegetales que supone entre el 10% y el 20% en peso del producto final, caracterizado porque: - la mermelada comprende entre el 40 y 60% en peso de la pulpa o extracto de vegetales y al menos un 40% en peso de una fibra dietética de bajo grado de polimerización y bajo índice glicémico, y donde - la fracción láctea fermentada comprende al menos una bacteria láctica, fibra dietética de alto grado de polimerización y al menos una cepa probiótica.
