Luces y sombras de las políticas agrarias para el campo y el medio rural español: 1986-2020

Abstract

Este artículo ofrece un recorrido por casi cuatro décadas de historia de las políticas agrarias aplicadas en España, resaltando el carácter director de cuanto se negociaba y aprobaba en Bruselas, en el marco de la Política Agraria Común. Se señalan las luces y sombras de esta evolución, poniendo de relieve las crecientes interrelaciones entre los territorios y la variedad de políticas que afectan al campo y al medio rural. Las políticas agrarias, la comunitaria y las nacionales, solo pueden entenderse razonablemente formando parte de un contexto más amplio de política alimentaria y territorial.
