Abstract

La presente invención se refiere al desarrollo y procedimiento de obtención de una formulación tipo hidrogel, compuesta por polímeros catiónicos, preferentemente quitosán, entrecruzados con la sal trisódica del ácido 6-fosfoglucónicocomo sistemas de liberación modificada de sustancias activas o fármacos para su administración por vía tópica, transdérmica u otras vías, destinada a tratamientos locales o sistémicos. Este sistema puede aplicarse liofilizado sobre heridas o rehidratado sobre la piel sana a la que se adhiere formando una película transparente que la protege
