The present invention describes a method for eliminating traces of ethylene from low-temperature air flows, comprising: a first step in which the air flow is introduced into a first reactor; a second step in which the effluent from the first step is supplied to another reactor containing a metal oxide; recovery of the exhaust gas flow. The invention is suitable for use in the preservation of fruits, vegetables or combinations of same during storage or transport. [EN]
