Abstract

[FR] Dans cet article, nous souhaitons réfléchir aux relations entre la psychiatrie, la loi et le danger social dans les années 1920 et 1930 dans trois pays européens, l’Espagne, la France et la Belgique, afin de montrer l’importance du danger social dans le cadre de l’hygiène mentale et de quelle manière les politiques de protection sociale ont été réalisées et mises en œuvre

[EN] The aim of this article its to reflect about the relationships between psychiatry, law and social danger in the 1920s and 1930s in three European countries, Spain, France and Belgium, in order to show the importance of social dangerousness within the framework of the mental hygiene and how they were implemented with social defense policies.

[PT] Neste trabalho, pretendemos refletir sobre as relações entre psiquiatria, lei e perigo social nas décadas de 1920 e 1930 em três países europeus – Espanha, França e Bélgica – com o objetivo de demonstrar a importância do perigo social no âmbito da higiene mental e como foram realizadas e implementadas as políticas de proteção social.
