Genista teretifolia Willk: interesante endemismo Navarro-Alavés

Abstract

[EN] New sites are being mentioned for the very interesting Navarrean endemism Genista teretifolia Willk. This concerns futher sites within the province of Navarra and for the first time sites within the province of Alava. Hence, its known area of distribution is considerably amplified. Details are given on the following topics: 1º. The bibliographis references for the species since its discovery by Killkomm in 1850. 2º. A inventory, drawn up of plants, occuring in the Aphyllanthion by Braun-Blanquet and Montserrat in 1966 and in which G. teretifolia occurs, is critically analysed. 3º. In a synoptic table are drawn up the the caracteristic features of G. teretifolia Willk., G. pseudo-pilosa Cosson. G. pilosa L., and G. Pilosa L., subespecies jordani Schuttl. From the morphological point of view, these taxons have some degree of similarity, but they are nevertheless distinguishable by noteworthy characters. Futher descripctiones and an icon are given in orden to allow for a better knowledge of this endemism.
