Este artculo profundizará en algunas de las principales dinámicas que hemos asumido como naturales pero que afectan a nuestra salud fsica y psicológica innecesariamente. Retomar las riendas de nuestra profesión y la forma en la que la practcamos resulta esencial para que disfrutar de nuestra vocación no nos lleve a perder la salud.

Beharrezkoa dagure lanbidearen eta hau praktikatzeko dugun moduarenkontrola berreskuratzea, gure bokazioaz gozatu dezagun osasuna galdu gabe.

This article will delve into some of the main dynamics we assumed as natural, but are unnecessarily affecting our health, both physical and psychological. Take back the control of our profession and the way we practice it, is essential to enjoy a vocational career that does not lead us to lose our heath.
