De karm a viña: la vid en el tránsito de la Granada nazarí a la morisca

Abstract

Este estudio pretende contribuir a un mejor conocimiento del proceso de transición vivido en la agricultura granadina desde finales del siglo XV hasta mediados del siglo XVI, ofreciendo algunos datos respecto a la distribución geográfica y a la producción de la vid. En primer lugar, se expone la información relativa al período nazarí que nos muestran los documentos árabes notariales. A continuación, se analizan los libros de habices, que son la fuente principal de este trabajo, puesto que en ellos se muestra la realidad agrícola de forma mucho más precisa hasta bien entrado el siglo XVI. La documentación de habices permite, además, comparar dos zonas muy dispares, como son la Alpujarra y la Vega de Granada.

Este trabajo ha sido realizado en el marco del proyecto de investigación «La Granada nazarí en el siglo XV: microhistoria de una entidad islámica en Occidente» (ref. FFI2016-79252-P), financiado por AEI/FEDER, UE.
