[EN] This article analyses the way in which human movement is related to the sense of home and belonging, within temporal stages of mobility, while having as a reference the study of eastern Europeans emigration to Spain. By means of a qualitative analysis of in-depth interviews conducted with 80 eastern Europeans immigrants (Romanians, Bulgarians, Moldavians and Ukrainians) the paper manifests the fact that mobility creates feelings that are linked to views about home, place of origin and destination, imaginary return, and perceptions about identity and the future.
