Abstract

La fuente utilizada son los dietarios de este viajero por España y que, exceptuando la parte del reino de Valencia, están inéditos. Compararemos la visión de Beramendi con otros viajeros contemporáneos como Zamora, Young y Townsend. También se puede apreciar a través de este relato el interés de Beramendi en analizar la producción industrial y el comercio de Cataluña. Todo ello en vísperas del período de las guerras de la Revolución Francesa.
