Novedades en el cálculo de transmisiones indirectas derivadas de la nueva versión de la UNE EN ISO 12354:2018. Casos de estudio

Abstract

La UNE-EN ISO 12354 establece la metodología de cálculo del aislamiento acústico en los edificios mediante la que se estiman las transmisiones indirectas entre elementos constructivos. En marzo de 2018 se publicó una nueva versión que incluía nuevos índices para la transmisión por flancos de elementos de entramado ligero y de CLT, además de incluir novedades en cuanto al cálculo de particiones de fábrica con bandas elásticas. Esta ponencia analiza algunas de las novedades y cuantifica las diferencias entre los resultados arrojados por cálculos efectuados con ambas versiones, la de 2001 y la de 2018 para la edificación residencial española.
