Relación entre caída de yemas de flor en melocotonero y concentración de hidratos de carbono y de compuestos nitrogenados

Abstract

[ES] Se observa la susceptibilidad a la caída de yemas de flor, de 14 variedades de melocotonero, durante cuatro años, en relación con la concentración en ramas, de hidratos de carbono y compuestos nitrogenados. No existe relación entre caída de yemas de flor y concentración de azúcares reductores, no reductores y totales; tampoco existe relación con concentración de hemicelulosa. La caída de yemas, de cada una de las 14 variedades, en los cuatro años considerados, está inversamente relacionada con la concentración de almidón en ramas. No existe relación entre caída de yemas y concentración de nitrógeno total, nitrógeno protéico, amino, amónico, nítrico y amídico. Al estudiar la variación de la concentración de almidón en diez árboles de un mismo clon, se encuentra que dicha concentración está relacionada con el porcentaje de caída de yemas. La correlación existente entre caída de yemas de flor y la concentración de almidón para una misma variedad, en los distintos años, y la no existencia de correlación para diferentes variedades en un mismo año, pone de manifiesto que la susceptibilidad a la caída de yemas, es una característica varietal influenciable por múltiples factores.

[EN] The content on nitrogen compounds and carbohydrates, on one-year-old shoots, were determined in 14 peach varieties in relation to flower bud drop. When studying the variation in a variety during a 4 year period, a negative correlation was found between starch concentration and flower bud drop. On the other hand no correlation was found when analysing the behaviour of different varieties in the same year. No relation was found between flower bud drop and concentration of reducing and not-reducing sugars, hemicellulose, and of different nitrogen compounds.
