[ES]: En estas páginas analizamos las actuaciones que esta importante figura emprendió en la selección del material arqueológico que se lleva a la Mostra de 1911, en Roma. Desde su cargo como Director del Museo de Reproducciones Artísticas de Madrid, dejará su huella en las decisiones que permitieron enviar determinados vaciados de piezas tanto romanas como protohistóricas. Utilizaremos documentación de diferentes archivos para matizar estas actuaciones.

[EN]: In this pages we analise the actions that this important leading figure undertook in the selection of archaeological material that is taken to the Mostra of 1911 in Rome. From his position as Director of the Museum of Artistic Reproductions of Madrid he will leave his mark in the decisions that allowed to send certain castings of Roman and protohistoric pieces. We will use documentation from different archives to explain this actions.
