Actualización DB-HE 2018. Edificios de consumo casi nulo

Abstract

La eficiencia energética de los edificios es desde hace tiempo no sólo un requisito normativo sino una exigencia ciudadana y social. La publicación y transposición de diferentes directivas de la Unión Europea a nuestra legislación nacional obligan a la inclusión de modificaciones y cambios en el Código Técnico de la Edificación y más concretamente en el Documento Básico DB HE. En esta ponencia se presentará el alcance de estos cambios y se ofrecerán criterios para su aplicación en los nuevos proyectos y obras.

Trabajo presentado al II Congreso ITE+3R, celebrado en León del 26 al 27 de marzo de 2019.
