Delitos inconscientes. Psicoanálisis y teoría penal durante la Segunda República española

Abstract

Este trabajo analiza cómo durante las décadas de 1920 y 1930 las lecturas que la psiquiatría y el derecho hicieron del psicoanálisis facilitaron su incorporación en las estrategias de higiene y defensa social proyectadas por las reformas asistenciales y jurídicas de la Segunda Republica española. Partiendo de este contexto, se trabaja con mayor profundidad el pensamiento del magistrado Cesar Camargo y Marín, autor de una amplia obra sobre psicoanálisis, derecho y criminología, no lo suficientemente cuestionada por la historiografía sobre psicoanálisis en España.
