Abstract

[ES] Aunque el diagnóstico de la enfermedad de Parkinson sigue siendo clínico, disponemos actualmente de pruebas complementarias tales como la ecografía transcraneal, la resonancia magnética y fundamentalmente diversas técnicas de medicina nuclear que ayudan a diferenciar la enfermedad de Parkinson de los parkinsonismos atípicos.

[EN] Although the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease remains clinical, we currently have complementary tests (transcranial ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging and nuclear medicine tests) differentiating Parkinson's disease and atypical parkinsonisms.
