Abstract

El tema de don Quijote, acaso por el fuerte idealismo y vano peregrinar del personaje, fue siempre muy del gusto de los intelectuales y artistas españoles exiliados, quienes se sintieron tanto más atraídos e identificados con el caballero cuanto peores eran sus perspectivas de regreso a España y más rotas quedaban sus «quijotescas» ilusiones.
