[EN]: The eukaryotic origin is one of the great transitions in the history of the life. Today is accepted that eukaryote domain is the fruit of the interaction between two prokaryotic organisms beloing to Bacteria and Archaea life domains. In the present article I review the different models and scenarios proposed to explain the eukaryotic origin.
