Fundamentos de ontología dialéctica

Abstract

This ontological research takes up the question of existence: what is to exist; what does exist; whether there are irreducible senses of `existence'; what is non-existence, which raises the problem of whether existence comes in degrees; if there could be nothing; how existence relates with linguistic referentiality; what are the most general laws governing whatever exists. The latter problem breaks down into several ontological principles: those of intelligibility, sufficient reason, identity of indiscernibles, interdependence, graduality and others. Those seven problems are gone into through the techniques belonging to analytical philosophy and from a dialectical view-point, which means the assertion of mutually contradictory truths, resulting from the partial
