Abstract

[EN] Under the theoretical frame of the evolution theory, I have attempted to hybridize during the last de-cade two research programmes: one about the “philosophy of the scientific policy” and another on the “philosophy of biology”. Two products resulting from this crossing have been: the emergence of the evolutionary biology as an analytical instrument and the “interethics” concept coined from a consequentialist perspective. Both have credited power for their projection into socio-political and economic issues. Then they have allowed undertaking the criticism of the neoliberal economic policies and have shown the relevance of the cooperation, the altruism, the solidarity and the culture as positive promoting effectors of the evolution, as well as the recognition of regulation as one of the most basic principles in biology. This led to the proposal of the concept of biological economy for its application in the global financial crisis analysis. These risky and innovative arguments needed the sup-port of other works and authors. This article reviews a series of them, being presented from an interdisciplinary perspective, and the review results lend support to our previous conclusions.
