[ES] El puerto de Cádiz, situado en la costa sudatlántica española, es uno de los que contribuyen en mayor proporción al suministro de merluza africana a los mercados nacionales. A él llegan, a diario, importantes contingentes de las dos especies de merluzas existentes en la zona norteafricana; noes referimos aMerluccius merluccius (L), o merluza blanca, y Merluccius senegalensis Cadenat, o merluza negra.
