Abstract

[ES] Los casos identificados. veintiuno en total, pueden agruparse en dos grandes bloques. según lo que comentan: 1) problema o detalle textual, y 2) palabras o expresiones sin ningún problema aparente. También se puede apreciar que, en cada bloque, la función de este recurso es diferente: textual en el primero y exegética en el segundo.

[EN] All the examples can be splited in two groups according to the element commented: 1) textual problem or detail and, 2) words or expresions without any problems in their context. The function of this technique is also different in each group: it has a textual function in the first group and an exegetical one in the second.

[EN] In this article the author identifies and examines all the examples of Mekhilta de Rabbi Ishmael in which the hermeneutical technique 'ê ketîb ka'n 'el la' is applied. This analysis will enable us to establish its specific use in the midrash.

[ES] En este artículo se identificar y analizar todos los casos en los que se emplea el recurso hermenéutico 'ê ketîb ka'n 'el la' en la Mekilta de R. Yismael, análisis que permite conocer cómo es en su aplicación práctica en este midrás.
