El IAA: hacia un centro igualitario

La Astrofísica es una de las áreas científicas con menor proporción de mujeres, y las iniciativas para lograr una igualdad real son especialmente necesarias. El Instituto de Astrofísica de Andalucía (IAA-CSIC) se ha caracterizado, desde los años 90 hasta el momento actual por apoyar iniciativas inclusivas en igualdad de género. Se hace una breve revisión de estas actividades.
