Aminación y Bromación de enlaces C(sp3)-H no activados promovidos por N-Radicales (O-18)

Abstract

La funcionalización de enlaces C(sp3)-H no activados es uno de los retos de la síntesis orgánica, por las ventajas que supone en cuanto a reducción del número de etapas en las síntesis totales. En los últimos años, nuestro grupo de investigación se ha centrado en la aminación de enlaces C(sp3)-H no activados promovida por N-radicales, empleando el sistema reactivo PhI(OAc)2 / I2. Fruto de estas investigaciones, se ha conseguido la aminación regio-, quimioy estereoselectiva de grupos metilo no activados en moléculas conformacionalmente no restringidas, a través de la mono- o poliyodación del metilo, partiendo de diferentes precursores de N-radicales como sulfonamidas (ec.1, esquema 1), sulfamatos cíclicos y sulfamidas cíclicas. Recientemente, hemos empleado el sistema reactivo PhI(OAc)2 / Br2 para realizar reacciones análogas en las que se consigue mono-, di- o tribromar los grupos metilo no activados (ec.2, esquema 1). En esta comunicación, se presentan estos últimos resultados y se analizan sus diferencias con respecto a la aminación.
