En este art?culo se proponen los repositorios cient?ficos como sujetos y objetos epistemol?gicos para reflexionar sobre el concepto de domesticaci?n. En la primera parte del trabajo, se narran parte de los experimentos realizados con el fago phi 29 en un laboratorio del Centro de Biolog?a Molecular del CSIC, para describir tres procesos distintos de domesticaci?n. Y en la segunda, centrada en el estudio de los registros de los experimentos, se analiza la agencia de los cuadernos de laboratorio en los procesos de domesticaci?n. Las formas que pautan los cuadernos, las voces que incluyen y los tiempos que en ellos quedan atrapados aportan informaci?n cr?tica y novedosa sobre los procesos de domesticaci?n y sus significados.

In this article, repositories are proposed as subjects and epistemological objects to reflect on the concept of domestication. In the first part of the work, it is part of the experiments carried out with the work in the laboratory of the Molecular Biology Center of the CSIC, to describe the processes of domestication.?In the second part, centered on the study of the records of the experiments, the agency of the laboratory notebooks in the processes of domestication is analyzed.The norms that guide the notebooks, the voices that they include and the times (temporalities) that they incorporate, provide critical and novel information about the processes of domestication and their meanings.
