Abstract

[EN]: The temporary absence of a female Bearded Vulture during the incubation period, provoked a high number of interruptions (23% ofthe total observed time) and a considerable inerease in the participation of the male during the incubation (94,3%). In neighbouring pairs and in the same paier in normals conditions, the sharing of the incubation was equal (males 43,4%, n= 3), the average interruption being around 5%. The observations carried our in normals conditions showed how male and female participate in the night incubation. The outputs show the possibilty of an adaptation of a clutch to the estreme weather conditions, since long intervals of time when the eggs are nor being incubatd (in some cases more that rwo hours) didn`t motivate the death of the embryos.
