Abstract

[ES] Compuestos espiranicos derivados de oxindol-pirazolo[3,4-b]piridinona y sus usos terapéuticos. La presente invención se refiere a derivados de oxindol-pirazolo[3,4-b]piridinona, que actúan como moduladores de la proteína quinasa activada por AMP (AMPK) y de su uso para el tratamiento y prevención de enfermedades o trastornos regulados por AMPK. Por tanto, estos compuestos pueden ser útiles para el tratamiento de enfermedades inflamatorias, autoinmunes, cardiovasculares, neurológicas y cáncer.

[EN] The present invention relates to oxindole-pirazolo[3,4-b]pyridinone derivatives that act as modulators of protein kinase activated by AMP (AMPK), and to the use thereof for the treatment and prevention of diseases or disorders regulated by AMPK. These compounds can therefore be useful for the treatment of inflammatory, autoimmune, cardiovascular and neurological diseases, and cancer.
