La presente invención se refiere a derivados carbonílicos de 1-indazolilo sustituidos de Fórmula (I), que presentan propiedades cannabinoides y/o colinérgicas y/o reguladoras del péptido β-amiloide, y de su uso para el tratamiento y prevención de enfermedades y desórdenes regulados por los mencionados sistemas. Por tanto, estos compuestos pueden ser útiles para el tratamiento de las enfermedades neurodegenerativas y las demencias.
[EN] The invention relates to substituted carbonyl derivatives of 1-indazolyl of formula (I), having cannabinoid and/or cholinergic and/or beta-amyloid-peptide-regulating properties, and to the use thereof for the treatment and prevention of diseases and disorders regulated by the above-mentioned systems. As such, said compounds can be used in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and dementia.
