Abstract

La invención se refiere a una molécula de ácido nucleico que codifica una proteína de fusión, la molécula de ácido nucleico que comprende en la dirección de transcripción 5 '--- 3' al menos una secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica un dominio de unión a ADN, y una secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica un Fokl tipo de dominio catalítico, en el que en su extremo 3 'comprende una secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica un péptido que comprende entre 18 y 23 aminoácidos, a una proteína de fusión que se puede obtener, por ejemplo, de la transcripción de dicha molécula, y a un método Para modificar el material genético de una célula mediante el uso de dicha molécula o proteína.
