Abstract

[EN] The invention relates to a film made of a polymeric material having thermo-photochromic properties, comprising micrometre and/or nanometre-sized capsules that are embedded and deposited such that they are homogeneously dispersed in the structure thereof, with said capsules being formed by a solid wall made of a polymer that is different to the polymer of the film, containing a dispersion inside made of at least one T-type photochromic compound selected within the group comprising spiropyrans, spirooxazines, chromenes and any combination thereof, in a phase changing liquid material of the non-volatile acid type which interacts with the photochrom according to the temperature. As a result of its properties, this film has multiple uses as a material for coating surfaces to be provided with the colour-changing photochromic properties, such as whiteboards, device screens, advertising surfaces, vehicles and glass or plastic surfaces in general.
