Abstract

[ES] La invención se refiere a una familia de compuestos derivados de cromenopirazol de fórmula (I), que tienen la capacidad de modular el receptor de la familia de los cannabinoides GPR55, por lo que la invención también se relaciona con el uso de dichos compuestos para producir un medicamento para tratar enfermedades en las que el receptor GPR55 tiene una función fisiológica, como la diabetes, la enfermedad de Parkinson, la esclerosis múltiple, el dolor neuropático, la osteoporosis y los cánceres como el colangiocarcinoma, el cáncer de mama, el cáncer de ovario y el cáncer de próstata, el glioblastoma y el carcinoma cutáneo.

[EN] The invention relates to a family of compounds derived from chromenopyrazole of formula (I), which have the capacity to modulate the receptor of the family of the GPR55 cannabinoids, the invention therefore also relating to the use of said compounds for producing a medicament for treating diseases in which the GPR55 receptor has a physiological role, such as diabetes, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, neuropathic pain, osteoporosis and cancers such as cholangiocarcinoma, breast cancer, ovarian cancer and prostate cancer, glioblastoma and cutaneous carcinoma.
