Abstract

[ES] Complejos de dirrutenio con estructura de rueda de paletas abierta (open-paddlewheel) y su interacción con ácidos nucleicos. La invención se refiere a compuestos de dirrutenio con estructura de rueda de paletas abierta (open-paddlewheel), su estabilización, su método de elaboración y métodos para utilizarlos en el análisis de la estructura secundaria y terciaria del ARN, particularmente en la determinación de las intersecciones entre hélices o en la transición entre hélices y bucles. La invención también se refiere a un kit que contiene compuestos de dirrutenio con estructura de rueda de paletas abierta (open-paddlewheel) y los medios adecuados para utilizarlos en el análisis de la estructura del ARN.

[EN] The invention relates to diruthenium compounds with an open-paddlewheel structure, to the stabilisation thereof, to the production method thereof, and to methods for using said compounds in the analysis of the secondary and tertiary structure of RNA, particularly in the determination of intersections between helices or the transition between helices and loops. The invention also relates to a kit containing diruthenium compounds with an open-paddlewheel structure and to the appropriate means for using same in the analysis of the structure of RNA.
