Abstract

La mejora de la resistencia a la plaga de los taladros conlleva indirectamente una reducción del rendimiento. Valoramos la utilidad de la selección asistida por marcadores (SAM) para evitar estos efectos adversos. Las ganancias obtenidas con la SAM fueron pequeñas debido probablemente a que la varianza genética explicada por el QTL fue baja por lo que un programa de selección genómica podría ser interesante para la mejora simultanea de resistencia y rendimiento.
