Abstract

Coincide esta publicación, en la serie de Monografías del Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas, con el proceso participativo que se pretende dar a la elaboración del Libro Blanco de la Agricultura y el Medio Rural, tarea emprendida por el Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación. Este libro aporta un claro diagnóstico de los principales problemas que afronta el mundo rural, razona sobre la perspectiva ambiental en la agricultura, aporta unas ideas clave para el desarrollo de iniciativas legislativas en materia de Desarrollo Rural y, finalmente, propone un texto articulado que podría ser el germen de un Anteproyecto de Ley de Ordenación Agraria y Desarrollo Rural.
