Abstract

[ES] Procedimiento de obtención de recubrimientos mediante técnica de aerografiado automático a partir de suspensiones de polvos nanométricos o soles obtenidos vía sol-gel, y dispositivo para su puesta a punto. El procedimiento parte de la preparación del polvo nanométrico mediante una vía química, seguidamente se procede a la preparación de la suspensión o tinta a partir del polvo nanoparticulado. A continuación se realiza el recubrimiento por aerografiado automático. Este procedimiento permite la obtención de capas o recubrimientos catalíticos para el desarrollo de electrodos para pilas de combustible mediante esta técnica de aerografiado automático. Para el aerografiado se utiliza un aerógrafo (1) incorporado a un raíl (2) que se mueve siguiendo una onda triangular, activada mediante un generador de ondas (3), y asistido por un compresor (4), para generar una proyección (5) de Pt sobre un sustrato de C.
