Magnetoimpedancia en composites granate de itrio y hierro/grafeno

Abstract

Es bien sabido que los materiales magnéticos pueden diferenciarse entre los metálicos, con una alta conductividad, y los aislantes, de tipo oxídico con una baja conductividad. En determinados casos, y mediante un tratamiento térmico en atmósferas reductoras, la conductividad de los aislantes magnéticos puede incrementarse hasta cierto punto. Sin embargo para algunas aplicaciones, como filtros de radiofrecuencia o microondas, el poder modificar substancialmente el valor de dicha conductividad puede dar lugar a interesantes aplicaciones.

Trabajo presentado al XIV Congreso Nacional de Materiales, celebrado en Gijón del 8 al 10 de junio de 2016.
