Abstract

[EN] In the present paper a new species, Chrysis asensioi sp. n., belonging to the genus Chrysis, subgenus Chrysidca from Puebla de Valdavia (Palencia) is described. Besides the holotype, 8 , five paratypes have been found, 2 g and 3 9 . All of them are from the same place (Puebla de Valdavia) except one of the females which is from Brihuega (Guadalajara). It is commented the geographical distribution of this subgenus, which up to the present only three species were known from the Palearctic Region.

[ES] En el presente trabajo se describe una especie nueva, Chrysis asensioi sp. n., perteneciente al género Chrysis, subgénero Chrysidea, de Puebla de Valdavia (Palencia). Además del bolotipo, 8 , han sido hallados cinco paratipos, 2 y 3 9 . Todos son de la misma localidad (Puebla de Valdavia), excepto 1 9 que es de Brihuega (Guadalajara). Se comenta la distribución geográfica del mencionado subgénero, del cual en la Región Paleártica sólo se conocían tres especies.
