Abstract

[ES] En esta séptima nota del género Mayetia MULSANT y REY de la Península Ibérica, se describe una nueva especie, Mayetia (s. str.) cantabrica de Santander (Espalla), se marcan sus principales diferencias con la especie próxima M. (s. str.) benitoi OUTERELO, la cual se localizó igualmente en Santander. Finalmente, se da una breve consideración zoogeográfica sobre el grupo M. (s. str.) matzenaueri BERNH., al que pertenece esta nueva especie.

[EN] In this seventh note on genus Mayetia MULSANT and REY from the Iberian peninsula a new species is described : Mayetia (s. str.) can fabrica from Santander (Spain), the main differences between these species and the closest one, Mayetia (s. str.) benitoi OUTERELO, equally from Santander, are pointed out. Lastly, a short zoogeographical comment on the group M. (s. str.) matzenaueri BERNH., to which this new species belongs, is given.
