El objeto de estas visitas, fue ponernos en contacto con los científicos de estos dos importantes Institutos de Investigación europeos, para conocer sus actuales líneas de investigación en el campo de la Tecnología de Alimentos, así como sus instalaciones, y poder cambiar impresiones sobre problemas y líneas de trabajo comunes con las que en este momento abordamos en nuestros laboratorio de Vigo.
