Abstract

No hace mucho tiempo que D. ELVIRA MINGO y yo mismo, comenzamos la revisión del material esfecidológico existente en la colección de himenópteros del Instituto Español de Entomología. Al ordenar el material canario, tuve la oportunidad de examinar —muy someramente— los ejemplares que a primera vista parecían ser más interesantes, todos ellos pertenecientes a la colección CABRERA. Colección cuyos ejemplares, salvo excepciones, no se encuentran identificados, y si lo están es a nivel genérico en su mayoría y, en no pocos casos, de una manera errónea. Uno de dichos ejemplares, que desde un principio me llamó la atención, estaba rotulado Dinetus sp. ; después de su examen, pude comprobar que se trataba de una especie no descrita aún, perteneciente al género Belomicroides KOHL, 1899, la cual describo a continuación.
