Abstract

Las lentes acomodativas necesitarían un fuerte anclaje al ecuador capsular para aprovechar las fuerzas del músculo ciliar y poder cambiar de forma y potencia para enfocar a distintas distancias. Nuestro grupo demostró la posibilidad de enlazar cápsula y lentes introculares. En este trabajo demostramos la posibilidad de realizar esta técnica dentro de un ojo siguiendo los pasos de una cirugía de catarata convencional.
