Abstract

[ES] El conocimiento de la fauna española de ácaros oribátidos no empezó hasta 1928, ario en el que François Grandjean, el gran acarólogo francés recientemente fallecido, publicó el primero de sus trabajos sobre los resultados del viaje realizado a nuestra patria en 1927 para obtener muestras de suelo.

[EN] The oribatid mites obtained from mosses collected by Dr. Margarita Acón from two ranges of mountains in Central Spain have been studied. These mountains are the Sierra de Guadarrama, in the northern side of the Tajo valley, and the Montes de Toledo, in the southern one.
