Abstract

[ES] Las muestras de plancton que se vienen obteniendo sistemáticamente por los laboratorios de la Sección de Biologia Marina, constituyen un material muy valioso cuyo estudio se va realizando en la medida del personal y tiempo disponibles. En esta nota se presenta el resultado del análisis de una serie recogida en el litoral de Blanes y en su estudio han intervenido los señores Arte, Duran, Gómez, Massutí O., Rodríguez-Roda y Vives. La revisión de algunas especies del fitoplancton nuevas para la región o interesantes por otros conceptos se debe a R. MargaeEE. Como obra de referencia se ha usado la “Introducción al estudio del plancton marino” de Massutí y Margalef. Nos complacemos en agradecer la ayuda recibida por don Careos Faust, que nos cedió el local de trabajo y de los patrones de pesca, señores Llorens y Creixell que nos han facilitado la realización de muchas operaciones. [EN] A report on tlie plankton found in a series of samples collected in the surface waters of the Mediterranean, near Blanes, the summer 1949. Interessant species of phytoplankton includes: a Cladopyxis, perhaps a new sp.; Chaetoceros affinís Willei, found with hypnocysts; Asterolampra Grevillei and Chaetoceros Dadayi, first reports for the región. [...] Cyanophyceae, Trichodesmium Thiebautii Gomont, T. erythraea, Dinoflagellatae, Gonyaulax polygramma Stein., Cladopyxis sp., C. caryophyllum, C. brachiolata, Bacillariophyta, Asterolampra Grevillei (Wall.) Grev., Chatftoceras affinís Lauder var. Willei (Gran) Hustedt, Chaetoceros Dadayi Pavill. [...]
