Este trabajo se dedicará aq examinar algunos aspectos de los sistemas constituidos por combinaciones de seres vivos en el seno del ambiente inanimado. Tansley (1935) propuso el nombre de ecosistema para el sistema entero -en el sentido de sistema físico- que incluye el complejo de organimos y el complejo de factores físicos que forman su ambiente.
